Recognising talent event
The work to a strict budget but offer content that excited and interested all areas of the Fisher German business from rural conveyancing to office-based support and to provide every aspect of event management for a 300 delegate event.
This was a completely new event, so we wanted to ensure every aspect had clear and transparent communication between all parties to ensure everyone’s needs were met.
We negotiated discounted day delegate rates with the Ricoh Arena to ensure the budget could then be used on increasing delegates interest within other areas of the event.
Our graphic design and production teams worked together to design an awards backdrop, stage and technical configuration that could be built up or down as budget was allocated.
We proposed the introduction of awards films, as part of the brief was to bring colleagues and departments together and to appreciate the wider roles that everyone in the business was playing. By showcasing the teams and their achievements through films, guests were both entertained and informed to further ensure a group celebration.
We filmed, interviewed and produced all of the films, and the positive feedback we received upon completion was so good that it re-designed the evening’s format. Instead of highlighting individuals for awards, the evening was presented as a joint celebration of people, teams and achievements as an entire business.
Final elements included planning a welcome reception, table plans, event collateral and entertainment, with design and print from our graphic design team. A team effort from one team to another!
