How can we totally transform your event space with AV?

Here’s 5 of our AV teams top tips!

  1. Relay screens/secondary screens
  2. LED video wall
  3. Lighting
  4. Pixel mapping
  5. Videos

Audio visual services can dramatically transform your event space, creating a room that is memorable, eye catching and wow’s the audience.

  1. Relay screens/secondary screens

secondary screens

If your venue has tricky sight lines, do not fear! Relay and secondary screens will ensure everyone has a great view. You could also have extra screens to showcase your social media or use these to link to multiple sites- use this to your advantage if teams can’t make it, involve them via a live broadcast.

  1. LED video wall

LED walls create great illusions of any landscape you desire, making your audience feel like they are anywhere in the world! They could be used as a backdrop or for conference imagery – you can vary the use of the wall throughout your event.

  1. Lighting

lighting

Lighting can be used to set any mood – dramatic colourful lighting to create a specific impact or dark effects within the audience and mood lighting to set the scene. Ever heard of a Gobo? Gobos use a custom-made stencil, this could be your company logo or strapline. This is then used to create designs on ceilings and walls and they tend to be cost effective!

  1. Pixel mapping

This will most certainly wow your audience! Project mapping projects any image on to a 3D surface, this could create whatever illusion you desire – people walking over a building or an animal leaping out at you – the possibilities really are endless.

  1. Videos

film

A video can be used to summarise a year in a few minutes as a conference opener, creating a powerful and thought-provoking experience. Or they can be used throughout your conference to keep your audience fully engaged.

AV really can transform your event space – let us create that moment for you with our in house AV services!
